PROCESS LISTINGS & STATUS CHANGES

• Order photography/videography on agent’s behalf **
• Assign corporate signs, amenity riders & lockboxes
• Input/update listings to Multi List Board
• Upload photos & disclosures
• Enter/maintain showing instructions in ShowingTime
• Enter all necessary paperwork into DocuSign Transaction Rooms
• Send company emails with listing updates
• Enter open house details in MLS and prepare digital sign-in

PROCESS PENDING SALES

• Verify file is complete
• Submit copy to accounting departments
• Update status of listings

PROCESS SOLD/CLOSED TRANSACTIONS

• Update status to SOLD
• Disperse commission check to you
• Submit file to accounting department
• Send out survey and thank you letter
